The name Bobby Wratten should sound familiar to indie pop lovers. Former Field Mice and Trembling Blue Stars member has formed a new project called Lightning in a Twilight Hour and a couple of months ago shared "The Memory Museum", a gift-song for their fans available for free download along with the news of an upcoming album release. This week, "Everyone Talks About The Weather" saw the light. Despite the title suggestion, the song falls short of being ordinary. Instead, it follows the successful recipe of atmospheric pop already known to Wratten's fans. It is just an appetizer from the Slow Changes mini-LP, which will be out February 9th (on 10” transparent vinyl) on Elefant Records.
